What does FEMA know that they aren't telling the People?

Just what do FEMA know?Just what do FEMA know?

An advertisment appeared this week, placed by FEMA on their official tendering website. It was quickly cancelled just 24 hours later and we here at Planet Flipside think we have a fair idea why. FEMA were trawling for a provider of ready made meals and required no less than 7 million to cover a ten day period (making 70 million in total - no small piece of business for someone). The shocking part of the advertisment was the fact they SPECIFIED where the meals were for. Have they engaged psychics within the Dept of Homeland Security? Do they know something which is not being transmitted to the American People?

That FEMA do regularly stock up with meals for emergency situations is indisputable, and judging by the fact this particular ad called for a shelf life of 36 months on the meals it would indicate they purchase at 36 month intervals. However there was and is no conceivable reason why a location for these meals was given - FEMA stock and distribute the meals once purchased - so why was a location for their use SPECIFIED? It wouldn't matter if the meals were produced in Alaska or Hawaii - once FEMA receives them they could conceivably go anywhere (Let's just say there was a major quake in LA for example, then they would ship ready made meals held in stock to there) - The precise wording of the relevant parts of this advertisment were as follows;-

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) procures and stores pre-packaged commercial meals to support readiness capability for immediate distribution to disaster survivors routinely.  The purpose of this Request for Information is to identify sources of supply for meals in support of disaster relief efforts based on a catastrophic disaster event within the New Madrid Fault System for a survivor population of 7M to be utilized for the sustainment of life during a 10-day period of operations.

So FEMA it would seem are preparing for an 'event' in the New Madrid fault line? And that by itself is wise - but why publicise the fact? Why place unwarranted stress on those who live in the communities, the towns and cities which lie upon the New Madrid fault? Someone has made a terrible blunder at FEMA in disclosing a location for these meals - the alternative is that FEMA know something which ordinary folks don't about this fault line. As was mentioned earlier - the advertisment was cancelled just 24 hours later but it still exists on line for those who doubt such an advertisment could appear - it can be found by clicking on this link FEMA

If 7 million are expected to survive - just how many does that mean are expected by FEMA to perish?
