Has Disclosure Just Happened?  Has disclosure just happened? Only one month after the FBI released their previously secret 'UFO' files, the National Security Agency has set the internet alight as they followed suit and released  incredible top secret documents on line. One document which is being scrutinised now shows a 'coded' message received no less than 29 times from outer space! Decoding and analysis of the message appears to show that it represents significant parts of the Periodic Table, this would suggest that we did not receive the messages in their entirety. There are quite literally hundreds of files to browse through and it is not yet clear if the NSA have been instructed to release these files, have inadvertently released them or if they are part of a wider 'disclosure' agenda.

There are still 'issues' surrounding the documents they have released - not least of all the one showing messages received from extra-terrestrial life forms. Reference is made within the document to a previous decoding of the messages which appeared in a 'journal' which begs the questions 'which journal?' and 'Who else knew?'

Titled 'Key to the Extraterrestrial Messages' by Dr H Campaigne the document breaks down the coded messages into manageable units which refer to rare earth elements in the order they appear in the periodic table.
